We are David and Jennifer Lundberg, owners of Lundberg Specialty Services, an exterior construction builder. We are local residents of Charlotte, NC and work anywhere in the state of North Carolina.  David has been in Charlotte for almost 40 years and has worked in the exterior home improvement industry for over 25 years.

David personally works with the homeowners and insurance representatives to ensure all questions and concerns are addressed and handled appropriately and in a timely manner.  “Exceeding your expectations, never your budget” is our company motto.

David works out in the field, managing the ongoing projects to repair or replace roofs, replace windows, replace siding and installation of gutters.  Anything in exterior construction, Lundberg Specializes including the building of outdoor living spaces including the categories of patio, porch, decking, outdoor kitchen, fire pits and outdoor fireplaces. His team has a wide variety of experience and specialization.

Jennifer helps manage the daily operations of Lundberg Specialty by keeping up with appointments and ongoing projects. She has a background in Economics from University of Pennsylvania.  In addition, she attended the United States Military Academy at West Point. Previously, she owned a medical transportation and recruitment company. Please make an appointment on contact page.
